<p>The surgical strikes were conducted by the Indian army on September 29, 2016, across the Line of Control (LOC). The Indian army led by the PM Modi destroyed terrorist launch pads and killed many terrorists.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The Congress leader&#39;s remarks came after five soldiers were killed in the Pulwama attack carried out by&nbsp;Pakistan- based Jaish-e-Mohammed.</p>
