<p>In a second mammoth talk in the Rajya Sabha on Wednesday, Prime Minister Modi continued his attack on the Congress.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Modi, who had earlier spoken in the <a href="http://www.wionews.com/india-news/opposition-heckles-pm-modi-as-he-speaks-in-lok-sabha-32078" target="_blank">Lok Sabha for over two hours</a>, spoke in the Rajya Sabha this time for over an hour. The first speech too had been vitriolic in content -- and was interrupted again --&nbsp;with Modi saying it was not Nehru who had won India its independence (like the Congress likes to keep reminding us).&nbsp;</p>

<p>This time Modi said the idea of a Congress-mukt Bharat was Gandhiji&#39;s:&nbsp;</p>

<p>Modi took on the Congress for their opposition to the triple talaq bill.</p>

<p>You say there will be no one to look after the family of a Muslim man who uses triple talaq to leave his wife and is then jailed, said Modi. But what happens when a Hindu man gets married for a second time is jailed?&nbsp;Who will look after his family? &nbsp;</p>

<p>Modi said the opposition was obsessed with him but that in in criticising him, they cross the line.</p>
