UK's policing minister is in a soup in a rare appearance on a Television program. The minister Chris Phillip was confused between Rwanda and the Republic of Congo. Responding to an audience question Philip asked whether Rwanda is a different country than Congo. This comes amid the UK's heightened uncertainty over the Rwanda Bill.
