“The Theodore Roosevelt Carrier Strike Group closely monitored all People’s Liberation Army Navy (PLAN) and Air Force (PLAAF) activity, and at no time did they pose a threat to US&nbsp;Navy ships, aircraft, or sailors,” the Pacific Command said in a statement.
