<p>Earlier, the accused <a href="http://www.wionews.com/south-asia/chandigarh-stalking-vikas-barala-admits-he-was-following-varnika-kundus-car-18793" target="_blank">admitted during questioning that he was stalking</a> Varnika Kundu&#39;s car, ANI cited sources as saying.</p>

<p>Vikas and the other accused in the case Ashish were arrested on Wednesday after the police added the charge of attempt to abduction to the earlier charges.</p>

<p>Haryana chief minister M L Khattar said that the law will take its own course.</p>

<p>Both Vikas and Ashish were arrested soon after the incident but were later released on bail as they had been booked under bailable offences of the IPC.<br />
