Actor Talapathy Vijay, who recently launched&nbsp;his political party, Tamiliaga Vetri Kazhagam, returned from Russia on Friday to cast his vote in the Lok Sabha election.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Vikram, Suriya, and Karthi have also cast their votes in Chennai.</p>
