Its Carnival time in Rio de Janeiro again! The Carnival officially started on April 20 as mayor Eduardo Paes handed over symbolic keys of the city to the fictional King Momo. People gathered to celebrate the Carnival as King Momo danced next to his samba-dancing entourage.
