<p>Toy manufacturing giant Mattel issued an apology after the customers called out the company for carrying a tiny inadvertent advert of the pornographic website on the packaging of dolls which were made for the new movie&nbsp;<em>Wicked</em>.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The movie will premiere on November 3 and will hit the theatres later this month.&nbsp;</p>

<p>"Mattel was made aware of a misprint on the packaging of the Mattel Wicked collection dolls, primarily sold in the US, which intended to direct consumers to the official WickedMovie.com landing page," said the company, in a statement.</p>

<p>"We deeply regret this unfortunate error and are taking immediate action to remedy this," it added.</p>

<p>If the URL on the box is entered, it omits the word "movie" and takes users to an age-restricted website.&nbsp;</p>

<p>One shopper took to X on November 9 and showed the error on the Glinda toy box.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Sarah Genao shared side-by-side images of the front and back of the Glinda toy package and wrote the caption, “The official Mattel Wicked dolls link to a porn site on the box.”</p>
