Hers was the strangest VMAs opening ever as she was suspended from the roof, dressed in a silver space suit. While some looked entertained by her act, others like&nbsp;Jack Antonoff and Ellen DeGeneres seemed less impressed. Her intergalactic-themed opening monologue was quite a start though for some. The&nbsp;Thriller-inspired clip features Swift dressed as clones of herself to represent the various stages of her career and life in general. It&nbsp;ends with her repeating her quote about her feud with Kanye West and Kim Kardashian: &ldquo;I would very much like to be excluded from this narrative&rdquo;.</p>
