Afghanistan's Bagram military base built by the Americans has been left abandoned. The notorious detention centre is locally referred to as Afghanistan's Guantanamo. Those who were held there feared they would never leave. And many who did leave have never been the same since. America's former envoy to the United Nations Nikki Haley has claimed that China might move to take over the Bagram air force base in Afghanistan that was once controlled by the US. Halley also added that China is trying to use Pakistan to get stronger to go against India.
