<p>The five accused are Irrfan, Mohammad Shakeel, Mohammad Naseem, Mohammad Aziz, Asif Iqbal and Farookh.</p>

<p>The verdict came after 14 years of the attack which took place on July 5, 2005, at Ram Janmabhoomi-Babri Masjid complex in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh. The site was attacked by armed terrorists.</p>

<p>The attackers, who posed as pilgrims, drove an explosives-laden jeep which exploded near the boundary of the disputed site. The terrorists, who belonged to a Pakistan-based terror outfit, were suspected to have entered India through Nepal. In an hour-long encounter, the security forces managed to gun down five terrorists.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>

<p>Four suspects were arrested in August 2005. Another, Irrfan Khan, was arrested the same month.&nbsp;</p>
