Father of 23-year-old Ankit Saxena has now demanded death sentence for the culprit of his son&#39;s death.&nbsp;

Ankit&#39;s father, Yashpal Saxena, said that he will be &quot;thankful&quot; if the Delhi government will help his family in fighting the case.

&quot;We want justice. Murderers of my son should get a death sentence. I am an ordinary man and I have no resources to fight the case. If Delhi government helps us in getting best advocates and making a strong case, I will be thankful,&quot; said Ankit&#39;s father.

Ankit was stabbed to death in west Delhi&#39;s Khyala area on February 1 by his girlfriend&#39;s family members - who were against their relationship.&nbsp;

Saxena was dating the 20-year-old woman for three years against the wishes of her family.&nbsp;

Ankit was allegedly attacked by his girlfriend&#39;s parents, uncle and brother. He was beaten and his throat was slit with a knife.&nbsp;
