<p>Andy Rubin, the creator of mobile operating system Android, has been accused by his estranged wife of concealing the payments he received from Google which he quit in 2014. In her plea before the a Califonia superior court, Rie Hirabaru Rubin has also alleged Andy of running "what appeared to be a sex ring".</p>

<p>Andy Rubin's exit from Google had shaken the technology world, primarily because of the US $90 million severance package the technology giant paid him. Andy was accused of sexual misconduct while working as senior vice president at Google and the technology giant's decision to pay him the handsome amount was slammed by employees.</p>

<p>The latest case against Andy was first highlighted by Buzzfeed based on the documents made public by the San Mateo superior court.</p>

<p>In the lawsuit, Rie Hirabaru Rubin alleged Andy "concealed his income" from her and kept her "in the dark as to his sources of income, the amount of money the family had, and what it was being spent on".</p>

<p>The lawsuit also accused Andy of having affairs with at least five other women.</p>

<p>Rie also alleged that Andy opened a separate bank account a few months before he left Google in October 2014 to receive his earnings and make "hundreds of thousands of dollars in payments to other women".</p>

<p>Andy's attorney said in a statement that "this is a family law dispute involving a wife who regrets her decision to execute a prenuptial agreement", another US-based publication The Verge reported.</p>

<p>"It is full of false claims, and we look forward to telling our side of the story," the attorney added.</p>

<p>The news of the payouts, reported by the New York Times last October, led to widespread protests on Google's campus.</p>

<p>Reacting to the New York Times story, Andy had said on Twitter that it's part of a smear campaign and contains inaccuracies.</p>
