World Cup: New Zealand win toss, opt to bat against Pakistan

New Zealand have won the toss and skipper Kane Williamson opted to bat first against Pakistan at Edgbaston.

New Zealand are unbeaten and placed second on the 10-team table with 11 points, winning five matches and one no result while Pakistan are seventh with just two wins, three defeats and a no result.

Earlier, the toss was delayed due to a wet outfield but no overs will be deducted from the 50-over-a-side match.
