Watch: Rafael Nadal fulfils French Open ballboy's dream, plays Tennis with him

'Dreams do come true'. And that's exactly what happened when a French Open 2018 ballboy got a chance to hit some shots with his hero Rafael Nadal.

After registering a thumping 6-3, 6-2, 6-2 victory against Richard Gasquet at the Court Philippe Chatrier, Nadal was asked if he would have a hit with the boy, who has been a lifelong fan of him. 

The world No.1 was more than happy to facilitate the request.

The Spanish ace picked two of his rackets and handed one to the ballboy, with crowd cheering for the young lad. Nadal hit some shots with his fan before he shook hands and hugged the young boy.

Nadal was never troubled in his third-round clash against Gasquet, whom he now holds a staggering 16-0 head-to-head career lead over.

The Spaniard moves on to play German Maximilian Marterer in the round of 16, who is currently ranked 70th in the world.
