Watch: Chris Gayle's Punjabi flavour in IPL 2018

In the recent IPL auction, Chris Gayle was bought by Kings XI Punjab in the last bidding round. He remained unsold in both the rounds but when the auction ended, few of the franchises proposed several names to think again and present their bid if they want to purchase that player.

Chris Gayle was one among them and in the concluding minutes, Kings XI Punjab bought himat the base price (INR 2 cr). Earlier he used to play for Royal challengers Bengaluru but RCB did not retain him neither they used right to match card to purchasehim at the time of auction.

It was very heart rendingwhen he remained unsold in the auction but finally, the fans wererelieved to see him in the Punjabi squad.

Now Chris Gayle hasshared a video on Instagram in which he was practising with his West Indiesteammate Andre Russell and said, "This Knight Riders' player can not play a Punjabi."

The video captioned, "@ar12russell (Andre Russell) is back but not with a bang after running into the Universe Boss! He said he was gonna dance when hit me for a 6 but it was the other way around...this is one of the dismissal today with the Punjabi dance ????. #Kings vs #Kkr ???????? #Gothim."

In the video,Andre Russell showed some dance moves that he will perform after hitting a six in the upcoming tournament.

In response to that, Gayle copied Shikhar Dhawan's popular "Bruuaaahhhh"move and said will do it after hitting boundaries, a kind of happy dance.

Andre Russell was retained by Kolkata Knight Riders.
