Sachin Tendulkar praises Rashid Khan, says he is 'world's best spinner in T20'

Cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar on Friday was highly impressed with Afghanistan leg-spinner Rashid Khan's bowling against Kolkata in IPL Qualifier 2.

The master blaster not only praised his ease with the ball but also described him as the best spinner in the T20 format.

Tendulkar took to his Twitter handle and said, "Always felt @rashidkhan_19 was a good spinner but now I wouldn't hesitate in saying he is the best spinner in the world in this format. Mind you, he's got some batting skills as well. Great guy."

The 19-year-old clinched three wickets and gave just 19 runs to build pressure on Kolkata.

So far, he has clinched 20 wickets in a total of 16 matches played.

He also smashed a 10-ball 34 in the final overs to help Hyderabad post 174-7 at Edens Gardens today.
