England concluded their FIFA World Cup preparations in an impressive manner after claiming a 2-0 win over Costa Rica in their final warm-up match.

The Manchester United forward Marcus Rashford had put up a spectacular strike, while Arsenal's Danny Welbeck sealed the result with a second-half header at Elland Road.

The English National team displayed some fine individual performance after Manager Gareth Southgate made 10 changes from Saturday's win against Nigeria at Wembley.

Rashford was the standout performer, pressing his World Cup claims with an outstanding first-half strike to put England ahead in the game.
