What the captains are saying:

Virat Kohli: When you lose six games in a row, the only thing you have in control is to to come out and enjoy your cricket. That's something we've done in the last five games. We could have won five in five, but the key is to not take any pressure now.

Shreyas Iyer: I think it'll play better in the first half. It's just an assumption (*chuckles*). Looking for a good wicket. They are going really well currently. They have won three consecutive games and have got nothing to lose.

28 Apr 2019, 3:46 PM (IST)

Stats and Facts:

Bangalore skipper Virat Kohli is the highest run scorer against Delhi in IPL, scoring 802 runs at an average of 66.83.

28 Apr 2019, 3:41 PM (IST)

Head-to-head records:

Here's their head-to-head records, overall both the teams have played a total of 22 matches, out of which Bangalore won 14  matches and Delhi managed to win only seven.

And since 2016, Delhi have not won a single match against Bangalore.

28 Apr 2019, 3:38 PM (IST)

What to expect from the match:

Rishabh Pant and his ways, unconventional to the core and which have fuelled Delhi's rare title charge, against Banaglore.

There has been no looking back since Kohli's Bangalore arrested a long losing streak on April 19 in Kolkata.

Banaglore  will enter the Feroz Shah Kotla, a very familiar place for their captain Kohli, on the back of a three-match winning run.

But the visitors will still have to play out of their skins to stop Ricky Ponting and Sourav Ganguly's rampaging outfit.

A win will ensure that Delhi reach the cut-off limit of 16 points needed for a play-off berth.
