Argentina beat Spain in the first match of Pool A here at Kalinga Stadium in a seven goal thriller.
Agustin Mazzilli of Argentina was given with the player of the match award as he scored two crucial goals for his team.
Next Argentina will face New Zealand on December 3 and on the same day, Spain will clash with France.

It's a gripping and high-octane match. Powerful, dynamic and full of energy.
Spain scored their first goal as the game starter. A third-minute goal by Spain's Enrique Gonzalez, who slammed straight into the net, gave Spain 1-0 lead.
While Agustin Mazzilli scored the equalizer immediately after that.
Spain got another lead with a drag-flick by Josep Romeu but was again equalised by Argentina within seconds. As Mazzilli struck again.
In the concluding minutes of the first quarter, Gonzalo Peillat's drag-flick gave Argentina a 3-2 lead.
