India will face Kenya in their second game of the Intercontinental Cup 2018 in Mumbai on Monday.
After beating Chinese Taipei in their first game, India will be high on confidence and will be looking to continue their winning momentum in today's game.
India won the match 5-0.
The top two teams in the points table will qualify for the final which will be played on June 10 in Mumbai.
India’s match against Kenya will be special for Sunil Chhetri as the India captain will become the first India football player to play 100 international games.
The team will once again pic hopes on their captain as he has scored 59 goals for his team in his career so far.
Chhetri is the second Indian after former India captain Bhaichung Bhutia to achieve the feat.
Bhutia, who represented the country from 1995 to 2011, played 104 international matches, scoring 40 goals.
This tournament is a big opportunity for India to get their bases covered ahead of the AFC Asian Cup 2019.
Kenya, on the other hand, racked up a couple of strikes in their win, but they were also exposed at the back.
Issues in defence should see them struggle against India, but they’ve scored in seven of their last eight games.
