In weightlifting, Pradeep Singh won silver in men's 105 kg weightlifting on Monday as India's medal's tally continued to climb.

After 16-year-old Manu Bhaker clinched gold for India in women's 10 meterair pistol on Sunday, Indian men's team member Jitu Rai won gold in 10 meters air pistol event with Om Mitharwal bagging the bronze at the Commonwealth Games(CWG) on Monday.

Jitu created a new CWG record of 235.1 in the final to win the gold. Kerry Bell of Australia took silver with 233.5.

On Sunday, Heena Sidhu had won the silver medal in the 10-meter pistol event falling behind India's Manu Bhaker.

In the men's air pistol event, shooter Ravi Kumar shot 224.1 to bag the bronze medal in the Men's 10 meters Air Rifle final as Indian shooters continued to bag medals at the CWG.
