With Nawaz Sharif en route to Pakistan, wife Kulsoom wakes up from coma

While former Pakistan Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and his daughter Maryam Nawaz are set to return to Pakistan later in the day, reports suggest that Sharif's ailing wife, Kulsoom Nawaz Sharif, woke up from the state of coma.
Ex PML-N chief's son, Hussain Nawaz, told media that his mother opened eyes exactly after one month, coincidently on the day when Nawaz Sharif and daughter Maryam are due to get arrested and return to Pakistan.
"She has opened eyes after exactly one month. I don't have anything else to share. Her sedatives were being reduced," ANI quoted Hussain Nawaz.
"I only request that please remember her in your prayers," Hussain added.
Kulsoom Nawaz is being treated for throat cancer in London. Her husband Nawaz Sharif and daughter Maryam have been found guilty by Pakistan's Accountability Court in the Avenfield reference case. While Nawaz Sharif has been sentenced for 10 years in jail, Maryam Nawaz will be imprisoned for 7 years.
The father-daughter duo will reach Abu Dhabi airport from London today morning where they will be arrested. They will have to wait at the airport for around 7 hours before flying out to Pakistan from where they will be taken to Adiala Jail via helicopters.
