On Tuesday, Pakistan had filed a second reply in the International Court of Justice(ICJ) on the Kulbhushan Jadhav case. The former Indian Navy officer had been sentenced to deathby a Pakistan military court last year, however, after India appealed against the verdict at the ICJ, the judge asked Pakistan to stay the verdict.

"We have specific details against Kulbhushan Jadhav," the Pakistan government said today in a statement, adding,"India has never provided any explanation for Hussain Mubarak's passport which was found on Jadhav."

"He crossed over on a fake passport. Our case is very strong," the Pakistan government declared.

"Jadhav was caught on our soil red-handed along with proof," it said. Jadhav was arrested in Balochistan in 2016. Last year as India decided to take on Pakistan at the ICJ, both countries were involved in a full-blown diplomatic war as India accused Pakistan of not allowingconsular access for Jadhav.
