Pakistani troops violated ceasefire along the Line of Control (LoC) in Jammu and Kashmir’s Naushera sector on Sunday morning.
The Indian Army retaliated strongly and effectively.
“Pakistan army began indiscriminate firing and shelling on our positions on the LoC in Naushera sector from 6:30 am,” defence ministry spokesperson Lieutenant Colonel Manish Mehta told news agency IANS.
Earlier on Saturday, Pakistan violated ceasefire along the Line of Control (LoC) in Jammu and Kashmir's Poonch sector.
