He says,  "Tensions in Middle East is endangering maritime and global security. Stability of Indian Ocean has become critical"

Delivering his keynote address, Namal Rajapaksa, Member of Parliament of Sri Lanka says, “We are meeting at a time when world is at a crucial juncture.” He highlighted the importance of the Indian Ocean and the civilizational relationship between India and Sri Lanka.
