Inside Trump's Truth Social AI world: New map of West Asia with American flag, space war and aliens

US President Donald Trump has shared a post on his Truth Social, featuring an AI-generated map of the West Asia with arrows pointed at Iran amid reports suggesting that America might resume military strikes on Islamic Republic. The AI generated map of West Asia was overlaid with the American flag. This comes after Trump issued warning against Iran stating that time is crucial and “very bad time” will be unleashed if deal is not done. In a post on Truth Social, the US president said, “For Iran, the Clock is Ticking, and they better get moving, FAST, or there won’t be anything left of them. TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE!”

Trump doubled down on his comment that he's "seriously considering" making Venezuela the 51st US state, posting a map of the oil-rich country with an American flag. In a Truth Social post on Tuesday, May 12, as Trump was en route to China for a high-stakes summit with President Xi Jinping, the president posted a map of Venezuela with an American flag over it. The caption read:“51st State.” The White House also shared a screenshot of Trump's post on X. Trump reshared the post on May 17.

Before the Iran war began, Trump was obsessed with Greenland. He pushed for taking over Greenland citing ‘national security.’ He also hinted that China and Russia will take over Greenland if US does not. Back then, in a Truth Social post, an AI image showed him along with Vice President JD Vance and US Secretary of State Macro Rubio, hoisting US flag in Greenland. A board nearby read: “Greenland, US territory, EST. 2026”

Trump has also, time and again, referred to Canada as ‘51st state’ of United States. In Jan, he shared a map of United States showing Canada as its part. In the post, Trump is seen seated inside the Oval Office, with NATO leaders including French President Emmanuel Macron, Italy's Giorgia Meloni, UK PM Keir Starmer President of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen, among others. Since then, he has reshared the post a couple of times.

Trump is evidently very fond of AI images and his transformation into a saviour. Amid reports of renewed strikes on Iran, Trump posted a series of AI-generated images depicting dramatic military strikes against Iran. The images showed fictional combat scenes involving American military forces targeting Iranian assets. One image showed a US warship blasting an aircraft marked with the Iranian flag using what appeared to be a high-powered laser weapon. The aircraft is shown exploding midair alongside Trump's caption, "Lasers: Bing, Bing, GONE!!!" Another digitally created image focused on naval warfare. It depicted a US drone flying above a group of Iranian "fast boats" moments before synchronised explosions tear through the vessels. Trump accompanied the post with the message, "BYE BYE, 'FAST BOATS". Trump also depicted walking alongside a captured alien figure, and the other showed him in outer space with the title “Space Force”.

Trump shared an AI-image of himself on Truth Social in which he appears like Jesus Christ. Draped in robes, surrounded by divine light, and seemingly 'healing' a man, Trump is seen flanked by supporters angelic or soldier-like figures. In the image, fighter jets fly across the sky, leaving trails, while fireworks burst, suggesting military strength and celebration. The Statue of Liberty is visible in the distance, further emphasizing American identity. The post came amid his feud with the Pope. He later said that he assumed that the image showed him as a doctor.
