Best moments from India's innings against Pakistan in World Cup match

Pakistan won the toss and opted to field against India in the high-octane clash of the World Cup. 

All-rounder Vijay Shankar replaced the injured Shikhar Dhawan in the Indian eleven while Imad Wasim and Shadab Khan were included in the Pakistan eleven. 

Rohit Sharma has now become India's No-1 six-hitter racking up 358 sixes in ODIs, T20s and Tests surpassing another six-master Dhoni who had hit 355 sixes. 

He also struck the highest individual score against Pakistan in the World Cup. 

India's new master blaster finally fell to Hasan Ali after scoring 140 studded with 14 boundaries and three sixes 

In the absence of India's regular opener Shikhar Dhawan, KL Rahul played a brilliant innings in this high-pressure game. 

He opened the innings with Rohit Sharma and scored 57 runs before losing his wicket to Wahab Riaz. 

Indian openers Rohit Sharma and KL Rahul have created a record against Pakistan as their 136-run partnership is the first 100-run opening stand for India against Pakistan in a World Cup. 

India captain Virat Kohli became the fastest batsman to reach the landmark total of 11,000 runs in one-day international cricket. 

Kohli reached the 11,000 mark in 222 innings -- beating the previous record held by compatriot Sachin Tendulkar who took 276 innings to rack up that total. 

Hardik Pandya was promoted to play at number 4th spot.

He scored 26 runs before losing his wicket to Mohammad Amir. 

The rain stopped the game at Old Trafford in the 47th over with India 305-4.
