After days of speculation, Indian cricket captain Virat Kohli and Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma tied the knot ina closed ceremony on Monday.
The couple are now known as"Virushka" on social media.
Virat and Anushkahad flown to Italy a few days back with their immediate family members. Their wedding ceremony took place inTuscany, Italy.
The couple met in 2013 while filming an advertisement and soonstarted dating. However, they always kept their relationship away from the limelight.
Virat Kohli announced the news of his wedding with Bollywood star Anushka Sharma on Twitter.
The cricketerposted a picture from the ceremony and tweeted, "Today we have promised each other to be bound in love for ever. We are truly blessed to share the news with you.This beautiful day will be made more special with the love and support of our family of fans & well wishers. Thank you for being such an important part of our journey.(sic),"along with the photo.
