Watch: Lalu's son takes out cycle rally, falls; video goes viral

Launching yet anotherattack on their former ally Nitish Kumar, Lalu Prasad's eldest son Tej Pratap Yadav took out a "cycle yatra" in Patna on Thursday.

Tej Pratap said the cycle rally was meant to protest against rising petrol prices.

But, to his embarrassment, the RJD leader fell.

Expectedly,his security detail rushed to help him up but Tej Pratap quickly got up on his own.

The fall however was caught by a number of passersby and is quickly going viral.

"Petrol and diesel prices have become costlier. It is best to ride a cycle now, it also helps to stay healthy," Tej Pratap had told ANI before setting out on his rally.

He added that cycling also helps keep one healthy.

Tej Pratap has been in the news recently after he married Bihar minister Chandrika Prasad Rai's daughter Aishwarya Rai. The marriage had been a big, well-attended affair.

Tej Pratap, 29, was before this a Bihar cabinet minister while his father and Nitish were still allies.
