Watch: Heavy snowfall in J&K, Jammu-Srinagar national highway closed

Jammu -Srinagar national highway was closed for traffic today as Jammu and Kashmir received its first snowfall of the season.

Pir Panjal range witnessed heavy snowfall with the Mughal road closed for traffic. People in the state had to light fire to keep themselves warm.

Doda received fresh snowfall today with Kharapathar in Shimla shrouded in snow.

Solang valley in Manali was also covered under heavy snow on Tuesday morning.

As forecast earlier showers lashed Delhi on Monday evening clearing the weather which has been hit due to pollution.
