
Delhi's Patiala House Court on Monday issued notice to Enforcement Directorate on anticipatory bail plea of Rajeev Saxena, a Dubai-based businessman who is accused in the VVIP chopper deal case, news agency ANI reported.
As per reports, the next date of hearing is December 24.
Saxena, accused in a money laundering case connected with the Rs 3,600-crore VVIP chopper deal, moved the Delhi court on Monday seeking anticipatory bail.
Rajeev Saxena, director of two Dubai-based firms UHY Saxena and Matrix Holdings filed an application through his advocate before Special Judge Arvind Kumar, saying he was anticipating an arrest.
The court has already issued a non-bailable warrant (NBW) against Saxena in the case.
