Virender Sehwag hands over Rs 1 lakh cheque to Kerala tribal's mother who was beaten to death

Activist Rahul Easwar will handover the cheque to the mother of the deceased on April 11.

A 27-year-old man in Kerala's Palakkad district, Madhu, was beaten to death by a mob after complaints of alleged stealing.

The mob also shot videos and clicked selfies of the brutal incident, which had gone viral on social media.

According to reports, the man was accused of theft in 2016 and was reportedly infamous for stealing rice and other food items from shops.
