Uttar Pradesh: SHO files complaint against himself for failing to prevent cow slaughter

Rajendra Tyagi, Station House Officer (SHO) in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh lodged a complaint against himself and two other police officials for failing to undertake duties.

According to reports, Tyagi and two other officials, could not prevent an alleged incident of cow slaughter in his area on Sunday.

Abiding by his own rule -- to take an action against those who fail to perform their duties -- the SHO filed a complaint in his own name.
