The CBI court has sent BJP MLA Kuldeep Singh Sengar's brother and one of the accused Atul Singh along with five othersto police custody for four days in connection with the Unnao rape case.
The CBI has so far arrested two people in the case.
The main accused in the gang rape, Kuldeep Singh Sengar, was arrested on April 13 after an immediate order from the Allahabad High Court.
Hehas been sent to CBI custody for 7 days.
The second arrestee in the case is Shashi Singh, the woman who allegedly lured the victim to the BJP MLA. She was arrested by the CBI on April 14.
Sengar is accused of allegedly raping a minor girl in Unnao district of Uttar Pradesh.
