Supreme Court will hear plea for CBI probe into the Unnao gangrape case allegedly involving BJP lawmaker next week.
Earlier, a Special Investigation Team(SIT) was constituted to probe the case in which BJP MLA Kuldeep Singh Sengar and his brothers were allegedly involved.
Police on Tuesday had arrested Atul Singh, the brother of the rape-accused Kuldeep Singh Sengar.
The SIT is also set to probe the death of the 18-year-old victim's father who allegedly died in police custody.

The woman's father was arrested on Sunday after the family attempted suicide outside Chief Minister Adityanath's Lucknow residence.
The woman had alleged that she was raped on June 4 last year but no action was taken by the authorities.
Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath had declared that whoever found guilty in the case would not be spared.
