Terrorists open fire on police officer in Shopian

Terrorists fired on a police officer in Shopian's Katho Halan area in Jammu and Kashmir(J&K) today.

The special police officer is currently undergoing treatment in a hospital. The incident comes hours after Pakistan troops opened fire at a BSF post in Chambliyal sector of Samba in J&K.

On Wednesday afternoon, Pakistan summoned India's acting Deputy High Commissioner alleging India violated ceasefire along the Line of Control(LoC).
