Tamil Nadu Lok Sabha Election Result 2024: Ruling DMK leads in 21 seats, Congress in 8

Tamil Nadu Lok Sabha elections 2024: Out of the 39 seats in the south Indian state of Tamil Nadu, the ruling DMK is leading in 21 and Congress in 8. CPM, CPI and VCK are ahead on two each, while PMK has edge in one seat at the time of writing this, as counting continues on Tuesday (June 4).

As part of the 18th Lok Sabha elections, Tamil Nadu went to polls on April 19, which was the first phase of elections.

As per the Election Commission's data, Tamil Nadu recorded a voter turnout of 72.09 per cent
