Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi on Sunday criticised Rajasthan chief minister Vasundhara Raje for an ordinance that prohibits investigations against a judicial official or a public servant withoutapproval from a sanctioning authority, the state government.
The Congress vice-president wrote in a sarcastic tweet: Madam Chief Minister, with all humility we are in the 21'st century. It's 2017, not 1817.
