Rahul Gandhi leaves for Norway, to skip RJD's 'BJP Bhagao, Desh Bachao' rally

Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi on Friday left for Norway where he is expected to meet political and business leaders.

"Looking forward to meeting and exchanging ideas with political and business leaders & research institutions," Gandhi tweeted.

The visit comes after an invitation from the Norwegian ministry of foreign affairs.

He will not attend the Congress party ally RJD's rally on Sunday. Congress has nominated senior leader Ghulam Nabi Azad to attend the "BJP Bhagao, Desh Bachao"rally which will be held in Patna's Gandhi maidan.
