Prime Minister Modi while addressing the BRICS 2018 Summit in Johannesburg on Thursday laid emphasis on the education system in India.

He said that the education system in the country should prepare the youth for skilled jobs.

The PMsaid he would discuss the Fourth Industry revolution with the BRICS leaders in the summit and added that the Industry Revolution would give more importance to skill and talent than capital.

He said that the education system in the country should train the youth in performing skilled jobs.

He also added that the education system should be accessible to all the sections of the society including women.

He said the workers should be trained to do high skilled jobs.

PM Modisaid we should utilise technological innovations to improve the service delivery and productivity levels.

He also referred to the government'sseveral schemes and said that the National School Mission wereintroducedto train the youth and prepare them for relevant technical and skill education.

PM Modi further said that the government should work together to ensure cybersecurity.

The Prime Minister willhold bilateral meetings with Chinese President Xi Jinping and Russian President Vladimir Putin, on the sidelines of theBRICS Summit inJohannesburg today.
