The Opposition is likely to hold a meeting in the Parliament today. The meeting willdiscuss the political situation prevailing in thecountry and is expected to be held in the chamber of Opposition leader Ghulam Nabi Azad.
The leaders may discuss the recent Supreme Court verdict on the death of judge BH Loya. The Supreme Court on Thursday dismissed petitions seeking a Special Investigation Team (SIT) probe into the death of Special CBI Judge BH Loya.The court said attempts were made to scandalise the judiciary by levelling serious allegations against judicial officers and judges of the Bombay High Court.
The leaders may also take up the issue of moving an impeachment motion against Chief Justice of India Dipak Misra.
The opposition party leaders may also discuss the collective measures that to take in order to defeat the BJP in the upcoming assembly polls.
