An army porter was killed Monday in a ceasefire violation Jammu and Kashmir's Uri.
The news agency ANI said Pakistan had been responsible for the ceasefire violation.
Last week, two Indian soldiers were killed in firing by Pakistani troops in Jammu and Kashmir's Sunderbani sector along the Line of Control (LOC).
