India's National Investigation Agency (NIA) has put a Pakistani diplomat on its "wanted list"and released his photo seeking information.
The investigation agency said Amir Siddique worked as a visa counsellor in the Pakistan High Commission in Colombo in Sri Lanka.
Reports said along with Siddique two other Pakistan officers have also been charged with "waging war against India" and "plotting 26/11 type attack" on the US and Israeli consulates including in Indian Navalpostsin southern India in 2014.
Nicknamed as 'Boss' in the NIA list, he was chargesheeted in February by the investigating agency.
Reports say NIA is preparing to seek Interpol's help against a "fourth Pakistani" in the case.
This is the first time the NIA has taken steps against a Pakistan diplomat in an alleged terrorist-related activity.
