A woman in Mathura carried her differently-abled husband on her back to get him a certificate of disability.
The woman took her husband to the office of the chief medical officer to obtain the certificate and shared that they had no access to a wheel-chair or a tricycle.
The couple told that they had previously gone to various offices but were not given the certificate.
"We went to many different offices but still have not got the certificate," the woman noted.
Meanwhile,UP Minister Bhupendra Chaudhary condemned the incident sharing that he was saddened by it.
"It is a sad incident to happen in a civilised world. We will inspect the case and help accordingly," the minister noted.
Chief Medical Officer (CMO) Mathura later issued the certificate of disability to theman.
