NIA Special Court in Mumbai has filed charge-sheet against Rizwan Ahmed alias Khalid and Mohsin Ibrahim Sayyed Mumbai in Malvani ISIS case.   
NIA had registered a case as per directions by Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India.  The case relates to the indoctrination of Ayaz Mohamad Sultan and other youth of Malwani area, Malad, to join terrorist organization ISIS (Islamic State of Iraq and Syria), prescribed by Government of India, and to the commit terrorist acts and wage war against nations allied to India.
The investigation had revealed that the accused Ayaz Mohammed entered into a criminal conspiracy with Mohsin Ibrahim Sayyed and his handler Yusuf Al Hindi during 2015 in propagating the Jihadi activities of ISIS with the common objective and intention to join ISIS.  
In pursuance of the above conspiracy, Ayaz Mohammed got a Passport in September, 2015 and got Visa in October, 2015 and left for Kabul from Indira Gandhi International Airport, New Delhi and joined ISIS in Afghanistan.
The investigation had also revealed that the accused Rizwan Ahmed of Uttar Pradesh and Mohsin Ibrahim Sayyed were involved in unlawful activities of instigating youths of Malwani area, Malad to join ISIS. 
It has also been revealed that the duo supported the ISIS in its terrorist act and instigated, advocated, advised, incited youth of the Malwani area to leave India to join the proscribed terrorist organization.   
The NIA Special Court has framed charges against both the aforesaid accused under sections 120B of IPC and Sections 18, 20, 38 & 39 of UA (P) Act.
