The relatives of the Unnao rape victim alleged today that goons of the main accused, BJP lawmaker Kuldeep Sengar were threatening villagers to keep quiet.
The rape victim's uncle alleged that the goons had threatened villagers to keep quiet or leave the village and that two people were missing after the threats.
"Some goons of Kuldeep Sengar (accused BJP MLA) are threatening villagers to keep quiet. Yesterday they went there in two cars and threatened them to keep quiet or leave the village.Two people are missing," the victim's uncle told ANI.
Kuldeep Singh Sengar, the prime accused in the case, was arrested by the Central Bureau of Investigation on Friday night.
The CBI has taken over the investigation in the three cases related to the alleged rape of the 17-year-old girl by the lawmaker.
