
The Delhi High Court on Thursday granted bail to a Kashmiri businessman who was arrested in connection to an alleged terror funding case, news agency ANI reported. 
According to reports, Zahoor Watali was arrested for his alleged role in a terror-funding case that involved Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) chief and 26/11 Mumbai attack mastermind Hafiz Saeed.
Watali is supposed to furnish a personal bail bond of Rs 2 lakh with two surety of the same amount. He has also been asked to submit his passport. 
The Srinagar-based businessman was lodged in Delhi's Tihar jail. He was arrested in August last year.
Watali moved the Delhi High Court after the National Investigation Agency (NIA) Special Court had rejected his bail plea.
