Jammu and Kashmir: Ex-army personnel critically injured after being shot at by terrorists in Pulwama

Terroristsattacked a civilian by opening fire at him in volatile Tral area in south Kashmir’s Pulwama district on Monday.

Jammu and Kashmir police said that a civilian, who they identified as Tariq Ahmad Wani, was fired near a local bank and was injured.

Sources told WION, Tariq who was ex-army personnel has been rushed to Srinagar hospital for treatment after the attack. He was a resident of Reshipora.

Soon after the attack, security forces launched a manhunt to nab the terrorists in the area.
