Days after reports revealed Chinesepresence along the Line of Actual Control (LAC) in Arunachal Pradesh, the state's governor BD Mishra said on Monday that India is "capable enough"to restrict China's entry into its territory.
Calling the Chinese intrusion in Indian territory as"tactics", he added that the Chinese army goes back after India challenges it.
He said, "Chinese troops come near Indian territory, when challenged by Indian troops, they go back. These are their (Chinese) tactics. Indian troops are so capable that the Chinese cannot enter our territory."
On March 31 reports indicated Chinese incursionalong the Line of Actual Control (LAC) in Arunachal Pradesh.
A group of Chinese constructors, including new People's Liberation Army (PLA) camp, was seen along the LAC in the eastern state.
China's intrusionalong the international border also included Chinese telecommunications tower and an observation post with a surveillance equipment.
